5. Platform Use & Conduct

All users agree to:

Treat others with respect and professionalism.
Only list animals that are real, currently available, and in your legal possession or care.
Cooperate with any reasonable request we make to verify a listing or resolve a dispute.

We reserve the right to report unlawful or abusive behaviour to the appropriate authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content (including but not limited to design, logos, trademarks, text, and layout) is owned by or licensed to PetSalesTexas.com. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit this content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PetsAustralia.com.au:

Does not guarantee the accuracy of user listings or communications.
Does not screen or vet users, animals, or listings.
Is not a party to any transaction or adoption agreement between users.
All use is at your own risk. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetsAustralia.com.au shall not be liable for any:

Lost profits or business interruption.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Injury or harm related to pet transfers, adoptions, or listings.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PetsAustralia.com.au, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
